How You’ll Make an Impact:

Design, define, and continuously improve Technical Data Quality Rules and data quality measurement criteria.
Support and develop Business Data Quality Rules to ensure alignment with the organization’s business processes.
Perform data profiling to assess data accuracy, completeness, and detect anomalies or inconsistencies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the causes of data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to develop remediation plans.
Prepare and maintain data quality reports and dashboards, such as Data Quality Dashboards, Scorecards, and analytical summaries.
Design test scenarios and test cases for data processes and data-related systems.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate data mapping, transformation logic, and data accuracy across end-to-end data flows.
Perform Data Quality Rule Testing using defined templates and testing standards.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating data correctness with business users.
Record, analyze, and track defects until resolution and closure
Prepare Test Progress Reports and Test Summary Reports to communicate testing status and results.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

3–5 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), or Data Governance.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Solid understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and test design methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Good understanding of Metadata, Data Lineage, and Business Logic.
