How You’ll Make An Impact

Supervise and provide guidance in performing application design and development of application components or multiple application solutions to meet business solution and customer/user requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software businesses while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

What Will Set You Up For Success

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React
Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices
Strong understanding of software design, system development lifecycle, and development standards
Experience leading or supervising development activities is preferred
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code review practices
Knowledge of version control tools and modern development workflows
