Job Description

You will be working on the core web platform that powers search, discovery, and application journeys for students globally. This role involves building fast, responsive, and scalable interfaces where performance and user experience directly impact conversions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance ReactJS applications handling complex user flows (search, filters, comparisons)
• Work across the full lifecycle from problem understanding to production release
• Optimise for page load speed, rendering performance, and responsiveness
• Handle real-world frontend challenges like large datasets, dynamic UI states, and API dependencies
• Collaborate with product to improve user journeys and conversion metrics
• Drive improvements in code quality, architecture, and frontend standards
  
  

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building web applications using ReactJS
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend architecture
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Experience working in release management & GenAi tools
• Solid understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL and frontend-backend integration
• Experience in building responsive, high-performance user interfaces
• Familiarity with modern frontend tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
