🎯 The RoleAs a Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer, you will design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

You will work on high-impact use cases such as Conversational AI, Agentic Automation, Document Intelligence, and Multimodal AI systems, leveraging the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem to build secure, scalable, and production-grade platforms used by large user bases.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions — from design to deployment and scale.

📍 Job location: India (Remote - with the availability to travel to Dubai)

🕒 Contract type: Permanent

🗓 Target start date: Immediate to max 30 days notice

⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

💵 Compensation: Between ₹40L to ₹50L

💥 Your ImpactIn This Role, You Will

• Design and implement Agentic AI architectures for enterprise banking applications
• Build scalable Generative AI and RAG pipelines using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search
• Deliver production-grade AI systems with high availability, security, and performance
• Develop multimodal and multilingual AI solutions (Text & Vision – English / Arabic)
• Implement Document Intelligence pipelines using Azure AI Document Intelligence
• Build computer vision workflows using OpenCV
• Develop and expose REST APIs using FastAPI and deploy via Docker and Azure Containers
• Design embedding, vector search, and hybrid retrieval strategies
• Integrate solutions with Azure Cosmos DB / Document DB
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• At least 7 years of experience in Data
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML / Generative AI / Agentic AI
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in Banking / Financial Services
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI stack, including:
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Search
• Azure AI Document Intelligence
• Azure Vision
• Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills
• Experience in Computer Vision (OpenCV)
• API development using FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and Azure Container Services
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB / Document DB
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Fluency in English
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with open-source AI frameworks (YOLO, Deep Learning, NLP)
• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel or Microsoft Agentic Framework
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks (RAG evaluation, benchmarks)
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Exposure to Orkes or similar agentic workflow tools
• Experience with Streamlit or Flask for rapid prototyping
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer (AI-102)
