This role provides hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying digital solutions across multiple business groups. You will work on real-world initiatives, applying digital solution and transformation techniques to address complex business challenges. The role offers close collaboration with experienced engineers, business planners, and data scientists, enabling you to build practical skills in digital tools and methodologies while contributing to innovative solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

To work with Process team to understand the requirement and transform the requirements into automated system or web application.
To design, develop, maintain and support web application development project with a wide exposure to various technologies and platforms.
To work closely with the project team in the areas of design, requirements, specifications, implementation, coding and testing.
To ensure timely project delivery with meeting the project objective and expectation.
Fix bugs during deployment period and improve user experience
Create and support several development for other COEs outside EISG

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
3+ years of experience in web base enterprise software development
Proficient in ASP.NET, SQL, C#, MS SQL Database, RESTful API, HTML5, AJAX, CSS, JSON, MVC, LINQ, Git, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
Good understanding and application of tools, principles, concept and techniques related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis.
Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize.
Be able to display good problem solving skills with drive to improve existing business processes and procedures
Having good communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
An excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
Ability to work with various senior stakeholders
Desire to learn new technologies
MS Excel macro is added advantage.
