IT Product Owner

Role Summary

Responsible for IT Product Owner, impact analysis, consolidate implementation or enhance efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties as BUs, SA, Dev team, QA, Database and Infrastructure team include briefing related teams for scope of work in project.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding and analyze customer's business strategy, business requirement, business logic, business flow, impact analysis with IT systems and Product Discovery with IT
• Work with IT teams, external vendors , UX/UI in detail to ensure UI fields, ensure interface flow and interface specification with IT systems, identify dependency and issues that may impact timeline
• Initiate and Prioritize product backlog ,Prepare backlog card in details for development, work and sync with delivery team
• Prepare training documents and provide training to related parties (Business Unit and App Support)
• Sprint Review Testing, UAT and support for the production issues

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ: (ควรเรียงลำดับข้อมูลดังนี้)

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance , Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analysis or related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis for Financial and Banking Industry
• Strong understand in Business process of Organization
• Strong entrepreneurial, practical problem analysis, analytical thinking with ability to handle various issues with timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective communication across multiple departments and adaptive planning in a dynamic environment

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง:

• Advanced MS Excel skills (data analytic and dashboard preferred),
• Presentation and Project Management Skill

• Knowledge and experience in banking products and processes
• Adapt to change
