IT Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a driven IT Product Manager to lead the development of our API-based products within the Komerce ecosystem.

You will play a key role in building scalable APIs that power integrations across our products (shipping, payment, CRM, etc.) and enable external partners (B2B & enterprise clients) to connect seamlessly with our platform.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for API products
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → development → launch → iteration
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and other Product teams (SQA & UIUX)
• Ensure API quality in terms of Usability, Reliability & Scalability
• Create and maintain: API documentation, Integration flows & Developer experience (DX)
• Monitor API performance metrics (usage, adoption, reliability)
• Gather feedback from users (developers, partners, clients) for continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for integration with third-party platforms (logistics, payment, marketplace, etc.)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management / Associate PM / Technical role
• Background in IT / Engineering is strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of: REST API / system integration & Product development lifecycle
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical teams

• Experience working with API products or integrations
• Familiar with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
• Experience in startup / SaaS / B2B products
