Job Requirement

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology

Preferably at least 2-3 years of related working experience.

Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.

Knowledge in Server Configurations (disabling unused services) or VMware Virtualization, servers OS hardening methods.

Act as Level 2 technical support for infrastructure.

Handle high severity incidents and requests escalation.

Server (Physical and VMWare) management and support.

Perform periodic system patching and upgrades.

Administer server backup and restoration.

Administer VMware Virtualization servers.

Administer Windows Active Directory.

Plan and deploy fixes for Security hardening and vulnerability assessment report.

Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and produce periodic capacity planning report.

Document and update SOP.

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
