Job Description

Job purpose

  • To develop Natural Language Understanding (NLU) model for internal chatbot platform.
  • To develop Large Language Model (LLM)-based chatbot and apply with internal chatbot platform.
  • Apply machine learning techniques and explore Large Language Model (LLM) technology with Krungsri Consumer use cases.


Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain NLU models (intent classification and entity recognition) for intent-based chatbots.
  • Design and develop LLM-based chatbots, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, to support domain-specific conversational use cases on the internal chatbot platform.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance, reliability, and quality of both intent-based and RAG-based chatbot systems in real-world production environments.
  • Research and explore the practical applications of Generative AI (e.g., Large Language Models) for various business use cases across the organization.
  • Apply NLP, Machine Learning, and AI techniques to broader enterprise applications, including but not limited to image processing, optical character recognition (OCR), and semantic search.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project/product owners, chatbot designers, and software engineers to ensure seamless AI integration into business workflows.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Major Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning systems, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or minimum 1 year experience in Large Language Model (LLM) related application development.
  • Proficiency in Python, with strong coding and software engineering practices.
  • Solid understanding of Thai NLP challenges and experience working with Thai language datasets and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of both classical machine learning and deep learning methods applied to NLP tasks, such as Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition, and Sequence Labeling.
  • Experience with the development and application of Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector-based text embeddings and re-ranking models to improve retrieval relevance in domain-specific chatbots.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques for optimizing LLM-based systems.
  • Experience in Image Processing or Computer Vision (e.g., Multi-task Learning, Image Classification, Optical Character Recognition) will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of API design and integration, including RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with chatbot development frameworks such as N8N, LangChain/LangGraph/LangFlow, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Wit.ai is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Thai NLP tools such as PyThaiNLP is an advantage.
  • Passionate about chatbot and A.I. development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, making deadlines consistently.
  • A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process.
  • Flexible under the change and dynamic conditions.
  • Eager to learn and apply new things into works/tasks.
