Quality Assurance (Automation) Junior-Middle Level

We are looking for Quality Assurance, who is able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as understand user pain points and need for Mobile and Web application. Then, be a part of product discovery unit to work with business to design test strategy and test plan, and be a part of delivery team to develop automation for testing system to ensure team delivers the highest quality of software for customer Manage QA team resources and performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and service quality is continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and development teams to define, implement, and uphold software quality standards.
• Manage and execute the end-to-end (E2E) testing process, including activities from planning to post-deployment validation.
• Develop and deliver master test plans, outlining test scope, strategy, and approach based on a solid understanding of requirements and system design.
• Own and deliver test reporting, including test execution results and defect tracking with actionable insights.
• Ensure accountability for software quality across all testing aspects, including functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for API, mobile, and web applications using modern tools and frameworks.
• Identify, report, and track product quality issues, contributing to improved stability and a better user experience.
• Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and workflows, supporting quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Continuously research and apply industry best practices, tools, and trends to enhance testing processes and automation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in relevant science field with appropriate experience
• 2 - 5 years of professional experience in software testing
• Solid understanding of backend platform architectures, microservices, and RESTful APIs using JSON
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• Web and Mobile: Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, XCUItest, Espresso, Katalon
• API Testing: Postman (Newman)
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals and scripting with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration in test automation workflows
• Exposure to Agile development environments

Working location: Krungsri Ploenchit Office (KSPO) Hybrid Work Onsite 3 Days/Week
