Quality Assurance (Automation) Junior-Middle Level

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites to validate our software application’s functionality, performance, and scalability. You will be a part of cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, create test plans, and execute test cases to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all aspects of product quality, not just testing - participate in a system design session,
• requirement analysis, sprint planning, sprint review, and demo session.
• Be a team member of Krungsri Consumer Innovation team to develop and maintain public API,
• web applications and mobile application for partners, merchants, and card holders.
• Create test cases for new products and features.
• Create automated end-to-end tests and integrate them with the build pipeline.
• Perform tests to ensure software quality before delivering each sprint.
• Contribute on creating and maintaining team’s testing tools and testing framework.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 2-3+ years of experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Web and Mobile: Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, XCUItest, Espresso, Katalon
• API Testing: Postman (Newman).
• Strong skills in designing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
• Experience integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines. (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Know the concept of web API, web application and mobile application and how to test it.
• Experience with Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)
• Familiar with agile and scrum practice and how the QA role fits it.
• Contribute to continuously improving and optimizing test processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues,
• and individuals inside and outside the Company
• Effective to manage stakeholder and handle conflict.
• Ability to read or interpret HTML is a plus.

Working location: Krungsri Ploenchit Office (KSPO) & Bank of Ayudhya Rama III (BAY) Hybrid Work Onsite 3 Days/Week
