Key Job Accountabilities

Product Management & Marketing Support
Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product categories and manages product launches from ideation to market.
Manages key levers including product proposition, pricing strategy, social advocacy, and out-executing O+O (Online + Offline) strategies.
Analyzes product performance and adjusts strategies based on market trends and results.
360 Support: Assist in coordinating 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the global brand guidelines.
Trade and Execution Excellence
Ensures excellence in execution of brand activation – pop up & brand event
Manages relationships with key stakeholders, external agencies, and partners.
Oversees local marketing initiatives, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with brand objectives.
Market Analysis & Performance Insights
Consumer Behavior: Analyzes consumer behavior, competition, and local trends to identify high-potential activation opportunities.
Data-Driven Marketing: Uses data-driven insights to refine 360 strategies and identify specific growth areas for assigned franchises.
ROI Optimization: Constantly evaluates the effectiveness of activations to optimize future A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend.
Budget & Performance Management
A&P Tracking: Monitor the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget and ensure efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of proven experience in Brand Management or Product Management.
Activation Expertise: Demonstrated success in executing 360-degree integrated campaigns with a heavy focus on Online + Offline (O+O) consumer journeys.
Aesthetic Sense: A strong eye for detail and design, aligned with YSL Beauty’s high-fashion and luxury codes.
