JD:

• Architecture & Governance: Define and enforce platform standards (CSDM, CMDB, domain separation) for compliance and scalability.

• Solution Design: Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, SPM, FSM, and App Engine.

• Integration & Security: Implement robust integrations using IntegrationHub and APIs; design secure identity models (SSO, OAuth, OIDC).

• Engineering & Delivery: Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, ATF automation, and Agile delivery.

• Leadership & Strategy: Engage with executive stakeholders, define strategic roadmaps, mentor technical teams, and support pre-sales and RFP processes.

• AI Enablement: Deploy Now Assist (GenAI) for automation and content generation; implement Agentic AI for autonomous workflows.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of Overall experience; minimum 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture.

• Proven leadership in multi-instance ServiceNow programs.

• Expertise in CSDM, CMDB, integrations, security, and performance engineering.

• Hands-on experience delivering Now Assist and Agentic AI in production environments within the last 12–24 months.

• Strong executive communication and Agile leadership skills.

• Micro Certifications: Welcome to ServiceNow, Agile Development, Technical PM Journey, Agentic AI Executive, Now Assist Executive.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD; CIS

• SAFe/Agile; CISSP/CCSP preferred.

• Industry Exposure: Banking, Healthcare, Human Resources, Insurance, Communications, Retail.
