This is a highly unique opportunity for a Data Engineer/ Data Scientist to join a new and rapidly growing team. In this role you will partner with our close-knit team of quantitative researchers, data engineers, technologists and data sourcing colleagues to analyze and enrich a broad range of structured and unstructured big data, ultimately generating actionable insights and tradable signals.

I. What You’ll Do

Enrich and transform large-scale structured and unstructured data into high-quality datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and signal reliability
Analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and collaborate with quantitative researchers to build tradable signals
Engineer and enhance large-scale feature sets, leverage ML/LLMs to identify feature similarity, grouping, and improve signal generation
Build and optimize data pipelines and real-time processing systems, including automated performance reporting across TB-scale data and millions of features
Develop internal tools to automate development, testing, and deployment workflows, and support global teams in troubleshooting technical issues
Using your expertise to provide technical support for global researchers, including diagnosing root causes of technical problems and proposing solutions to developers.

II.What You’ll Bring

Must-have:

4+ years of experience in Data Engineer / Data Scientist or related roles, with strong Python coding skills (especially in NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebook, PEP8 standards)
Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, probability & statistics, with strong problem-solving ability (ability to perform at LeetCode Medium)
Hands-on experience building data pipelines and real-time data processing systems
Good understanding of machine learning / deep learning techniques
Strong software engineering practices (Git, clean code, testing, system design)
Good English communication skills for global collaboration

Nice-to-have:

Experience with C++ (STL, OOP)
Background in finance, trading, or quantitative research
Experience working with time-series data / forecasting
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments

Location: QTSC 1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (District 12), Ho Chi Minh City.

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday (Lunch break 1.5 hours).
