Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Group Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives across our Marketing, customer centric platforms. This role is suited for a product leader who excels at building products from 0 to 1, combines strong user empathy with data-driven decision-making, and is passionate about shaping AI-first experiences for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from problem discovery and strategy to execution and continuous iteration
• Define and articulate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, scalable product experiences
• Lead the development and scaling of 0–1 product journeys, ensuring strong adoption, engagement, and retention
• Leverage data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven capabilities, with a focus on users in US and European markets

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of product management experience in B2C / SaaS environments
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling new product journeys (0–1)
• Experience working on AI-first or data-intensive products
• Exposure to global markets (US/Europe) and user behavior
• Familiarity with sales and/or marketing use cases is a strong plus
• Strong ownership mindset, stakeholder management.
