Key Responsibilities

Dashboards publish and development: Design and deploy enterprise Power BI solutions, including DAX measures, dynamic reports, and interactive dashboards to track KPIs. and dataset monitoring
Data Warehouse maintenance: Architect and optimize PostgreSQL-based data warehouses, develop high-performance SQL queries, and monitoring ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to translate business requirements into actionable data insights and reporting solutions.
Data Analysis: Conducted data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Data Foundation Support: Implemented data governance, data uploading, and data consolidation procedures.
Ad-hoc Data and reporting support
System Maintenance: Oversee data analysis systems, identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, and ensure the continuity of operational processes.
Exceptional cases deep dive and process analysis and review.
Quarterly closing data supporting

Mandatory Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Technical Skills

2+ years of Power BI Desktop development (data modeling, DAX, visualization) .
Advanced SQL proficiency (2+ years with PostgreSQL and Hive SQL), including query optimization

Soft Skills

Fluent English (written/spoken) for global stakeholder collaboration
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Power BI projects independently
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and clarify ambiguous requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced, cross-departmental projects
Exposure to multiple business domains (e.g., retail, finance, logistics)
Master’s degree in a relevant field
