Full Stack Engineer

Role: Software Engineer – Full Stack (CEO’s Office)

iveThe CEO’s Office at Lenskart operates as an internal incubator for high-impact projects. We are looking for a "Hacker-in-Residence"—a Software Engineer who can build rapid-response tools, automate complex business workflows, and create dashboards that provide the CEO with real-time visibility. This role is about agility, leverage, and speed.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Automation: Identify manual, repetitive tasks within the executive office and across departments (Sales, Ops, HR) and build Python-based automation scripts to eliminate them.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend stability and React.js/Vue.js for modern, responsive frontendd.
• Executive Dashboards: Build and manage data visualization tools that aggregate data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, ERPs) to track Lenskart’s North Star metrics.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for new business ideas or operational changes within tight deadlines.
• API Integration: Create seamless integrations between third-party tools (Social Media APIs, CRM, Logistics) and internal Lenskart systems.

3. Technical Requirements

• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java and Python. Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Frontend: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks (React or Vue).
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with No SQL.
• Cloud/DevOps: Experience with AWS/Azure and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automation: Knowledge of libraries like Selenium, BeautifulSoup, or integration platforms like Zapier/n8n.
