Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Python Developer with 6 to 8 years of

experience in building scalable web applications end to end. The ideal candidate should have

strong backend expertise in Python, solid frontend development experience, and working

knowledge of DevOps practices including deployment and hosting. Exposure to PHP for

maintaining legacy systems or integrations is required.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and the ability to

independently manage the complete application lifecycle from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

● Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python

● Work extensively with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

● Build and maintain RESTful APIs

● Design and optimize relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

● Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices

Frontend Development

● Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React, Vue, Angular, or

modern JavaScript frameworks

● Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

● Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs

● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

PHP Support

● Maintain and enhance existing PHP-based applications or modules

● Support integration between Python services and PHP systems

● Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter when required

Required Skills

● 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development

● Strong expertise in Python and at least one major Python framework

● Solid frontend development experience

● Strong understanding of database design and optimization

● Experience with cloud deployment and server management

● Working knowledge of Git and version control systems

● Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently

Good to Have

● Experience with microservices architecture

● Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or asynchronous task processing

● Experience building scalable SaaS products

● Familiarity with security standards and application hardening

● Prior experience working in product-driven or startup environments
