Business Data Analyst

• Manage project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and budget

compliance.

• Facilitate executive reporting, dashboards, and communication for project

updates.

• Responsible for managing the brokerage & LL advance payment with the help of

Finance.

• Build dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely delivery and cost optimizations and identify gaps for improvements.
• Ensuring weekly tracker, review & presentation for business review and

supporting ground team by providing the data for decision making.

• Own reporting for offline business metrics and present performance updates to leadership.
• Process document, SOP creation/adherence & publishing of MOM and its tracking.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for new stores’ expansion.
• Collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders (Legal, Finance, licensing, Quality, Project etc. to prioritize and align expansion projects with overall business goals.
• Lead feasibility studies, site selection analysis, and market entry strategies for

new territories.

• Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the data team to derive location intelligence, demographic insights, and catchment area analysis.

• 3-5 years of experience in programme management, business analytics, or NSO process (ideally in Retail or QSR).
• Strong understanding of offline retail dynamics and related challenges.
• Proficiency in Data analytics, Presentation & AI tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional programmes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical storytelling skills.
