Job Title: Engineer – System Administration

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineer – System Administration to manage and support Microsoft 365 environments. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, incident handling, and ensuring stable and secure operations across M365 services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access, and roles in Microsoft 365
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD
• Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Monitor M365 service health and troubleshoot issues
• Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, and access permissions
• Support security and compliance configurations
• Assist in email security, phishing protection, and policy enforcement
  
  

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Basic exposure to Azure or AWS
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  
  

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
