Job Brief
Drive data-driven decision making by providing actionable insights on sales performance, commercial opportunities, and margin optimization. Lead strategic improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth across channels.
Responsibilities
- Consolidated data and standardized data from multiple sources by stores and SKU levels, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Deliver accurate and timely sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) against targets including trend analysis across key customers, sales representatives, regions, and channels
- Analyze sales-in and sales-out data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights to identify commercial opportunities (pricing, promotions, channel activities)
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to support strategic planning and implement
- Analyze and evaluate the ROI of promotional activities, providing recommendations to optimize spending, improve effectiveness, and maximize sell out and margin impact
- Provide clear recommendations to improve sales productivity, profitability, and channel effectiveness
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Salesforce effectiveness, big data and cloud storage
- Degree in Business Management, MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- Good analytical and strategic thinking
- Good presentation skills with clear communication
- Flexible, positive attitudes
