Senior Imaging QA Engineer

The Role:

The Senior Imaging QA Engineer is responsible for Video Conference Cameras installed in office meeting rooms and open work spaces.

You will be tasked with delivering amazing video image quality.

You will be responsible for testing and analyzing video solutions addressing the needs of current and future generations of products in the area of overall objective and subjective video quality.

• Conduct objective IQ measurement in the lab.
• Conduct subjective IQ testings in real life environments reflecting use cases of our products.
• Duplicate IQ issues reported by customers.
• Analyze IQ testing results both objectively and subjectively.
• Prepare IQ QA reports.
  
  

Your theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise in imaging will be applied to all Video components of the camera system resulting in optimized and balanced performance.

Key Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with solid knowledge and experience in testing and judging camera Image Quality.

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Basic understanding of what constitutes good camera image quality.
• Basic knowledge of the foundations of camera imaging systems: 3A and ISP image processing.
• Working experience in using IQ measurement tools, such as Imatest.
• Working experience in testing both objective and subjective image quality.
• Working experience in preparing IQ QA reports.
• Working experience in Teams or Zoom IQ Certifications a plus
  
  

Education:

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant working experience in the camera Image Quality field.
• Qualified candidates with less experience will be considered as Imaging QA Engineer.
• Color Science, Image Science, Camera Image Signal Processing knowledge a plus
• C / C++ / Python software programming
• Linux and Android OS environment experienced a plus
