Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.

We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience. We achieved ~3x growth in 2024, followed by nearly 3x growth again in 2025. Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technology initiatives, feature sprints and ensure timely releases.
• Architect, design and maintain the technology stack and infrastructure of the assigned suite of products.
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand the roadmap priorities, innovate and evolve the Loop's platform.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of tech infrastructure, APIs, feature implementations; motivating team on documenting before implementing.
• Drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Identify and introduce new technologies that elevate the platform.

Requirements:

• Min 5+ yrs strong hands-on experience and background in Software Engineering
• Strong experience developing applications in NodeJS + ReactJS + Typescript
• Strong experience with SQL databases (MySQL preferred)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience in the design of new solutions and architectures and CI/CD automation
• Experience with cloud computing technologies and services (Amazon AWS)
