Senior Software QA - Section Manager (Automation)

Key Responsibility:

• Become an expert in the system that you are testing.
• Work with Project team for planning of testing activity.
• Work with the Project team on requirements analysis and able to feedback to project team effectively.
• Define test scope on the given project / assignment
• Identify bugs by performing functional, usability, compatibility, performance, security testing
• Planning yourself to execute test on given assignment
• Take ownership of the quality of the testing you perform.
• Work in cycle of testing for defect, change Request and new product features
• Communicated testing status and provide test result of the testing.
• Manage defect on the assigned project.
• Coaching / mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on test automation experience in UI and API testing
• Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep experience with Playwright, WebDriverIO, Postman/Newman, or similar tools
• Experience with Git, CI/CD systems (e.g., GitLab CI), and test reporting dashboards (Grafana)
• Familiarity with QA best practices, code versioning, and agile workflows
• Passion for test architecture, automation scalability, and team enablement
• Automation first mindset
