Core Automation Experience

Do you have minimum 5 years of hands-on test automation experience using Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / Java?

Recent Framework Hands-on

In the last 12–18 months, have you personally built or maintained automation using Playwright / Cypress / Robot Framework / Selenium?

UI + API Coverage

Have you delivered both UI and API automation as part of real project execution (not only POCs or training)?

End-to-End Ownership

Have you independently owned automation across test design, scripting, execution, reporting, and maintenance, including handling flaky tests or failures?

CI/CD & Agile Tooling

Have you worked with CI/CD pipelines and used Azure DevOps and Jira in an Agile/Scrum setup?

AI / GenAI Hands-on (Mandatory)

Do you have at least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI/GenAI in QE (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted IDEs, prompts/LLMs, AI-based test generation or optimization)?
