Job Summary: We are expanding the solutions team for Insurance vertical to support our aggressive growth ambitions. You will be working with a diverse group of Sales, Delivery, Practice units as well as domain leaders to build solutions for problem statements as defined in the RFPs, RFIs. You will also work closely with the account sales and delivery teams to shape and nurture proactive growth opportunities and develop solutions in collaboration with Domain and tech teams including Practice units. Though primary responsibility will be North American Insurance market, but you will also be supporting strategic pursuits in other regions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing technology leadership - Deep dive into delivery projects, review architecture / project plans and identify possible improvement areas
  • Interacting with CXOs and key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, requirements and providing relevant solutions
  • Driving consultative pre-sales and proposals โ€“ Articulate value proposition, work with technical teams to develop solutions, architecture, project plans, estimation and costing
  • Presenting organizational capabilities in most effective way by gathering information from various sources
  • Thought partnering on wide variety of topics, including trends in Insurance industry, architecture and key technology areas
  • Executing shorter-term billable consulting engagements
  • Keep tab on industry and technology trends
  • Build Point of views on latest trends
  • Collaborate with domain teams and Technology COEs for input on whitespaces and potential solutions
  • Ability to lead various tech leads and solutions leads from practice groups to develop a seamless solution
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous requirements and RFP content to come up with win themes and key solution constructs
  • Demonstrated ability to apply technological solutions to business problems
  • Demonstrated ability of thought partnering โ€“ Blogs, conferences, whitepapers, consultative engagements etc.
  • Exposure to architecture design patterns and Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
