Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in translating data into actionable insights to support business and product decisions. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to define and monitor key metrics, deliver advanced analytics solutions, and ensure scalable, efficient data pipelines and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, define, monitor, and provide strategic recommendations on business and product KPIs and metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Lead the delivery of advanced analytics initiatives, including automated reporting, self-service analytics, and BI dashboards.
Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to identify analytical needs and translate them into data solutions.
Work with data warehouse systems to optimize queries, data models, and pipelines, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business and product performance.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support data governance and best practices in metrics definition, documentation, and reporting standards.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical approaches, tools, and best practices (if applicable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong experience in SQL and working with data warehouses.
Proven experience in building automated reports and BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools).
Solid understanding of KPI design, metric frameworks, and data storytelling for business and product use cases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, business, and technical stakeholders.
Tech savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
