As a Software Engineer at Mantu, you will work in a collaborative and agile setting to design and develop innovative digital solutions for our business and clients.

Your missions

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and assess their impact on existing applications
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions
Conduct code reviews to support your colleagues in their assigned tasks
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to define requirements and solutions
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment
Contribute to software testing plans and quality assurance procedures
Ensure compliance with project plans, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Your profile

Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
Proficiency in application development using .NET Core & C#
Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems (REST, RESTful)
Experience in configuration management using Git (understanding Gitflow vs. trunk-based development)
Hands-on expertise in CI/CD practices
Familiarity with Scrum methodology and Agile development workflows
Knowledge of Elasticsearch is a strong plus
Ability to document technical processes using methodologies such as C4, TOGAF, or 4+1
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
You have an ability to synthesize information and work efficiently in a collaborative environment
