Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead ground-breaking projects in Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Deep Learning. This is your chance to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team, drive innovation, and develop scalable AI-powered full-stack applications that solve real-world problems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
• Frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, SLMs, and architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own, design, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems to solve complex problems across industries, with a curious and innovation-driven mindset and a keen interest in building scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications integrating AI-driven capabilities, focusing on performance, scalability, and clean system design.
• Research, experiment, and implement AI techniques across Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and Deep Learning, driven by continuous learning and curiosity.
• Take hands-on ownership of AI/ML implementation, optimization, benchmarking, and production deployments to ensure reliable, high-quality systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable, high-impact, data-driven AI solutions as an individual contributor.
• Troubleshoot complex AI/ML challenges, improve model accuracy and efficiency, and ensure robust, production-ready deployments.
• Contribute to technical direction by adopting modern AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, with a strong focus on scalability, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Good to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI solutions.
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices for managing large-scale AI/ML deployments.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for seamless full-stack deployments.
• Contributions to AI research, publications, or open-source projects.
