Devops & Test Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

MaxLinear is seeking a DevOps & Test Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This role focuses on designing scalable, reliable Python-based test frameworks to support automation and quality measurement for our cutting-edge products. As Part of the DevOps Team, Your Mission is to lead CI/CD, build, and automation infrastructure supporting Linux‑based software stacks and system‑level validation for advanced SoC platforms:

• Architect and evolve Python-based test frameworks for modularity, scalability, and reliability
• Develop CI/CD Jenkins pipelines to execute Gated Check-Ins
• Integrate test manager like X Ray
• Plan and Monitor Server resources required and maintain stable DevOps system running without any downtime
• Define coding standards and architectural guidelines for test code
• Collaborate with Automation Engineers on implementation strategy and repository management
• Manage Python packages, libraries, and test framework repositories
• Innovate ways to implement AI workflows in the test workflows
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Python and DevOps centric projects
• Strong knowledge of Linux build systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with:
• Git (version control)
• Jenkins (CI)
• Docker (containers)
• Cloud platforms
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about efficiency
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, toolkits, and languages
