Job Description

• Receive testing requests for IT products and services.
• Conduct requirement analysis, clarification, and build testing strategies for IT-related products and services.
• Develop test plans, write test cases, create test reports, and defect reports. Document requirements after execution.
• Coordinate and manage a testing team of 4–10 members.
• Perform manual and automated testing to evaluate product quality.
• Analyze and assess root causes of defects post go-live.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (full-time program) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics & Informatics, Telecommunications, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• At least 2 years of experience in software testing within banking, financial institutions, or IT companies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and IT systems.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience in mobile application testing on Android and iOS.
• Software testing certifications are an advantage (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience with automated testing is a plus.
• Experience in team management is preferred.
• Strong documentation, requirement analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, communication, presentation, persuasion, and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good English proficiency, capable of working with international partners.
