Job Description

• Understand the data structure from the source, perform data analysis and database design as a foundation for Data Engineers to organize data into the Data Warehouse.
• Ensure logical consistency and alignment with the existing data in the Data Warehouse.
• Build and maintain datasets, and guide relevant departments in using these datasets for data analysis.
• Develop data models, business models, and data marts to serve the objectives based on the requirements of data-consuming units.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (with at least a good grade) or higher.
• Preference given to candidates graduating from Polytechnic University, Posts and Telecommunications Institute, University of Engineering and Technology – Vietnam National University Hanoi, or other universities with majors related to data, finance, or banking.
• At least 2 years of experience working in fields related to data processing, data analysis, or related areas; especially PREFERRED candidates who have worked on banking projects.
• Preference for candidates with experience in projects involving Data Warehouse (DWH), Operational Data Store (ODS), core banking systems, etc.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Skilled in using data analysis tools and basic coding to handle reporting models.
• Proficient in visualization tools to transform data into graphics.
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information in a detailed and accurate manner.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with systems like Tableau is an advantage.
