Job Description

• Develop and directly program the Bank’s systems and applications, including internal platforms and customer-facing applications, serving 30 million individual customers and 300,000 corporate clients.
• Develop or coordinate with vendors to implement technology solutions.
• Manage and enhance integration services with the Bank’s core systems.
• Manage and develop APIs on the API Gateway to support integration with domestic and international partners.
• Participate in researching, testing, and applying emerging technology trends in development, such as GraphQL, Docker Containers (K8s), CI/CD, Event Sourcing, CQRS, NoSQL, etc.
• Create work timelines, manage tasks for team members, and oversee as well as support them to ensure timely delivery and commitments.

Job requirements

• Graduated from a university with a major in Information Technology or related fields.
• Has practical working experience in companies or projects involving Backend programming.
• Proficient in at least one Backend programming language, preferably Java or Go.
• Proficient in at least one type of database such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience in financial, banking, or securities domains—or in systems with a large number of users—is a strong advantage.
• For Junior or Fresher candidates: Priority is given to those with excellent or outstanding academic performance; high GPA; awards in professional competitions; provincial-level (or above) academic excellence; or scientific research published in international conferences or journals. (Candidates should clearly present their GPA and awards in their CV.)

For Junior/Fresher candidates:

• Preference for candidates with Excellent or Good academic performance, high GPA, awards in professional competitions, or recognition as provincial/city-level excellent students.
• Scientific research published during high school or university is a plus.
• Candidates should clearly state GPA and awards in CV.
