QA Engineer

Role Overview

A QA Engineer will be part of the Marketing Operations team and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of marketing campaigns, , data flows, and campaign execution systems. They will be responsible for the design and execution test plans to validate integrations, E2E workflows, and reporting across platforms such as MAPs, CRMs, and analytics tools. This role partners closely with Marketing Ops, Engineering, and Analytics teams to proactively identify defects, optimize processes, and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India, development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About The Role

• You will perform manual QA testing for the Marketing Operations team across the NGM and Landing Page platforms.
• You will create and execute detailed test cases based on both functional and non‑functional requirements.
• You will Conduct cross‑browser testing to ensure consistent Landing Page performance across various browsers and platforms.
• You will perform end‑to‑end (E2E) testing for NGM messages and maintain all supporting documentation.
• You will facilitate training and KT sessions, including upskilling team members on E2E testing processes.
• You will support Direct/OEM projects when capacity allows, ensuring quality standards remain consistent across teams.
• You will have to identify inefficiencies in QA workflows and drive data‑informed process improvements.
  
  

About You

• You should have 5 +years of manual QA testing expertise, ideally with experience across marketing operations, front‑end websites, and landing pages.
• You have solid analytical skills, enabling you to translate business needs into clear, actionable testing requirements.
• You are comfortable with cross‑browser testing, ensuring consistent user experiences across browsers and platforms.
• Experience with JIRA, push notifications, or Windows Push Notification Services (WNS) is a plus.
• You stay proactive in identifying workflow gaps and contribute to data‑driven improvements throughout the QA lifecycle.
• You are a strong communicator who can confidently lead knowledge transfer (KT) and training sessions, helping uplift the team’s E2E testing capabilities.
• You can step in as a backup Lead QA, providing reliable leadership coverage when needed.
