Sr Solution Engineer – SDK Integration

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru (Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr Solution Engineer who’s equally comfortable digging into code and working directly with partners. In this role, you’ll help bring our products to life by guiding some of the world’s largest mobile publishers through SDK integrations for monetization.

It’s not just about getting an SDK up and running. You’ll be working in complex in-app environments, solving real-world integration challenges, and making sure our monetization and engagement solutions fit naturally into each partner’s app experience.

What You’ll Do

Own integrations end-to-end - Act as the go-to technical partner for top-tier global publishers—from initial discussions through launch and beyond.
Bridge product and partners - Work closely with Product to share real-world feedback on SDK usability, and with Customer Success to keep integrations healthy long-term.
Design practical solutions - Build integration approaches that work across different tech stacks, while keeping performance high and overhead low.
Debug what others can’t - Investigate and resolve complex issues—whether it’s network latency, rendering glitches, or inconsistencies in the ad-serving pipeline.
Lead and mentor - Help shape documentation, support best practices, and guide junior engineers. You’ll also represent the publisher’s perspective internally.
Move fast with AI & prototypes - Use AI tools to speed up debugging, generate integration scaffolding, and test ideas quickly. Build lightweight prototypes or sample apps to validate approaches before rolling them out

What We’re Looking For

Strong AdTech experience - You’ve worked in AdTech long enough to understand how things actually work— Prebid, oRTB, VAST/VPAID/MRAID, mediation, attribution, header bidding, and the trade-offs involved.
Hands-on SDK experience - You’ve integrated third-party SDKs into mobile apps and know how to diagnose issues across devices, OS versions, and environments.
You think in systems + data - You’re comfortable using analytics and debugging tools to trace issues across the stack—not just guess and check.
You’re AI-curious (or already using it) - You actively use AI tools to move faster—whether that’s debugging, writing test code, or exploring solutions.
Solid mobile fundamentals - You understand the iOS and Android lifecycles inside out. Experience with game engines like Unity or Cocos2d-x is a big plus.
Comfortable with clients - You can explain complex technical topics clearly—whether you’re talking to an account manager or a senior engineer at a gaming studio.
Relentless problem solver - You enjoy digging into tough issues and don’t stop until things are working the way they should—and can scale.
