Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with FAB PI/Process Engineering/ME teams to ensure critical product achievements are reached.
Drive fab quality improvements to improve repair density and product grade yield.
Work with Product Engineering (PE) for downgrade strategy optimization.
Monitor and drive fab efforts to identify probe indicators for process improvements.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure flawless product performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, with equivalent experience considered.
Proven experience in product quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, or relevant experience equating to this level of education.
Experience with fab processes and quality improvement methodologies.
Competence in applying statistical analysis software for quality monitoring.
Demonstrated success in managing and leading cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing.
