Your Role

As a Back-End Engineer, you will:

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.

Build and maintain server-side logic, database schemas, and system integrations.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed systems.

Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring to ensure production stability.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3+ years of experience in backend development using languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or Go

Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT)

Exposure to message brokers or event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
