Your Role

As a Data Analyst, you will:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights.

Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making across teams.

Perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience with Python or R for data analysis

Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts

Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms

Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
