Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Develop application features with medium to high complexity using PHP and the Laravel framework.
2. Design, structure, and optimize backend modules, including database management and APIs.
3. Integrate internal and external APIs, covering authentication, authorization, and error handling.
4. Optimize application performance, including query optimization, caching, and resource management.
5. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency of implementation.
6. Write unit tests and integration tests, and ensure functional quality before deployment.
7. Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams during feature development and sprint planning.
8. Assist in deployment and troubleshooting in staging and production environments.
9. Prepare technical documentation for developed modules or features.
10. Contribute to improving coding standards, architecture, and development best practices.

What you will need:

1. 3–5 years of experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong focus on Laravel.
2. Proficient in core Laravel features such as Eloquent ORM, Service Container, Queues, Events, Jobs, Middleware, and API Resources.
3. Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, REST APIs, and common design patterns.
4. Proficient in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including query optimization and database modeling.
5. Experienced with Git and Git workflows (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews).
6. Hands-on experience with caching (Redis or similar), job queues, and other backend optimizations.
7. Familiarity with Docker, Postman/Insomnia, and CI/CD concepts is a plus.
8. Ability to provide realistic work estimates and meet project timelines.
9. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Programming language (PHP - Laravel, NodeJS)
• Data modeling experience no-SQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
• Design Pattern (Repository or Service Pattern, GIT).
• Message brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka).
• ElasticSearch, Kibana, and Logstash.
