Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models using Snowflake and dbt.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in MSSQL.
• Build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and SSAS.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across systems.
• Work closely with business users, engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Support data warehousing initiatives and ensure scalable data architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives under SAFe / Scrum methodology.
• Document technical designs, data mappings, and development processes.
• Provide support for production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Having a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with: Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Must have hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt (data build tool or similar tool) mentioned in the profile's work history.
• Strong SQL scripting and query optimization skills.
• Experience in ETL development and data modeling.
• Background or exposure to semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience working in SAFe / Scrum Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Penang.
• Prefer local candidates as Malaysian
