Job Title: C# Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legacy System Modernization & Integration

Lead modernization and migration of legacy systems into scalable, containerized, or modular architectures.

Assess current platforms and propose minimal-disruption solutions.

Design integration approaches (APIs, microservices, event-driven).

Oversee migration planning, technical execution, and risk mitigation.

2. Project Delivery Excellence

Drive multiple tech projects end-to-end across business units.

Manage milestones, timelines, and technical risks.

Communicate progress and key architectural decisions to stakeholders.

3. Scrum & Agile Execution

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile best practices.

Improve communication, sprint predictability, and delivery velocity.

4. Innovation & Emerging Tech Adoption

Research and evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, automation, low-code/no-code, DevOps, cloud-native).

Conduct feasibility studies, build POCs, and recommend scalable solutions.

Propose innovation initiatives aligned with business goals.

5. Hands-On Engineering & Architecture

Architect and implement backend components, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.

Build APIs, automation scripts, and CI/CD workflows.

Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, code, and integrations.

Uphold best practices in version control, testing, security, and cloud engineering.

Required Skills Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge in Python & c#
