System Test Engineer (Python scripting)

Job description:

- Perform End to End Test on NPI program from device and system level.

- Performs root-cause analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations.

- Work with business and development team to ensure traceability process is adequate.

- Work with engineering team on test planning documentation.

- Raise of all issues found during testing and to work with the Development and Integration Teams to track those issues until resolution.

Preferred skillset

1 - Radio and Broadband Communication.

2 - Basic Programming Language.

Requirement:

- Candidate must have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) field , Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of experience as an automation test engineer with Python scripting

- Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required.

- Strong skills in problem analytical and systematic troubleshooting, with an understanding of customer impact.

- Able to manage customer situations effectively and setting customer expectation appropriately.

- Good knowledge in PC skills.

- Prefer local candidates, as the position requires to be on-site at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
