Role: Data Management Product Lead

As we continue to scale and mature our data management practices, we are looking for a seasoned product lead to join our data management team and support the evolution of our data management practices at MiQ.
As a Data Management Product Lead in our central Global Product team, you’ll have the chance to play a key role in MiQ’s ongoing global growth, supported by an established interdisciplinary team of developers, designers and product managers.
Roles And Responsibilities
Deliver on our strategic vision for the future of data management at MiQ:
- You will be an expert in agile practices and the end-to-end design, development and deployment product management lifecycle
- You will collaborate closely with tech leadership and program management teams to deliver quarterly planning effectively and in line with core business goals while managing a longer term (18months+) roadmap and strategy and delivering on our vision for the future of AI-powered, privacy-first, and agentic data management in Adtech.
- You will Lead the definition and expansion of a unified Data Management and LLMOps framework, ensuring all MiQ functions—across engineering, analytics, data science, and ad operations—have secure, scalable, and ethical access to data, models, and insights.
- You will collaborate with tech leadership to architect and manage automated data pipelines for data onboarding, cleaning and processing both structured and unstructured data, leveraging advanced AI/agentic automation for continuous optimization.
- You will work closely with tech, legal and data science leadership to embed robust data governance policies across the data and AI lifecycle, including lineage, minimization, quality controls, regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, ISO, etc.), and AI-ethics frameworks in collaboration.
Measuring and reporting on success of key data management initiatives
- You will work with the tech and product analytics team to provide executive reporting on goals, metrics, and progress—including the efficacy of AI-driven data management, cost oversight, and vendor engagement.
Creating Followership
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Tech Leadership, Data Science, and Analytics to continually identify, assess, and deliver on emerging data and AI opportunities (multi-cloud infrastructure, synthetic data, AI agents for campaign management, etc.) as well as to drive adoption of these features.
- Champion MiQ’s “data as a product” culture, building awareness and enthusiasm for our advanced data and AI capabilities globally.
- Be the recognized thought leader on Data Management, Agentic AI, LLMOps, and Adtech best practices—internally and externally.
Driving Innovation
- Foster innovation while prioritizing commercial value, e.g. supporting teams in rapidly evaluating agentic or LLM-powered solutions for feasibility, risk, and business alignment.
- Industry presence: Bringing new ideas from AI research, open source, and the privacy tech landscape into business practice.
Lead and guide
- You will have the opportunity to manage a team of product managers of varying seniority from day 1 as well as shaping and growing the team, providing focus and clarity on what success looks like
- You will be responsible for leading the growth and development of this team while inspiring the next-generation product managers, engineers, and applied AI specialists
- Drive implementation and expansion of privacy-enhancing technologies, such as data clean rooms, federated learning, privacy-preserving data matching, and other advanced Adtech integration patterns.

- The key set of people who will be consuming the data management features that you will help build our analysts, data scientists and product teams at MiQ, hence they will be your major stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Technical expertise: A strong technical skill set along with a proven ability to balance innovation with commercial practicality—testing fast, failing smart, scaling what works.
- Established tenure: 10+ years in data management and product leadership, with demonstrable expertise in agentic AI, LLMOps, or advanced AI/ML productization in large-scale environments.
- AI Delivery at scale: Proven success in building and delivering enterprise-grade data ecosystems and AI/LLM solutions, ideally within AdTech or MarTech.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Deep expertise in AI data governance, encompassing ethical frameworks, synthetic data, and regulatory compliance.
- Modern Data/ML Stack: Hands-on proficiency with big data architecture, ML pipelines, model monitoring, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubeflow.
- LLM Orchestration: Practical experience managing large-scale LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, auditing, and multi-model productization.
- Team Leadership & Scaling: Track record of coaching and scaling multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced, iterative product environments.
- Operational Influence: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and navigate global, cross-functional organizations.
- Domain Expertise: Advanced knowledge of AdTech/MarTech, including identity solutions, 1st/3rd-party data architecture, data collaboration tools (clean rooms) and multi-cloud strategies.
- Privacy-Preserving Analytics: Technical leadership in adopting data clean rooms, federated analytics, and transparent programmatic platforms.
