Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly websites using modern front-end technologies.
• Accurately translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive, and accessible UI components.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI/UX and application logic.
• Optimize front-end applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance testing across devices and browsers.
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and advocate for improved user experience and developer ergonomics.
• Work within an agile/scrum environment with iterative delivery cycles.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
• Expert-level experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid, consistent, and maintainable UI development.
• Strong ability to implement complex, responsive layouts directly from Figma designs with high visual fidelity.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript-based animations (e.g., using libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP, or native Web Animations API) to create smooth, performant, and engaging user interactions.
• Solid understanding of Laravel Octane—including its role in accelerating PHP/Laravel applications via Swoole or RoadRunner—and experience integrating front-end apps with Octane-powered backends.
• Familiarity with Go (Golang) and experience consuming or collaborating on APIs built with Go.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and in-memory data stores (Redis) sufficient to understand data flow, caching strategies, and basic query optimization.
• Embraces Vibe Coding principles: prioritizing clean architecture, aesthetic code quality, intuitive DX (Developer Experience), and joyful engineering practices.
• Proficient with Git, modern CI/CD workflows, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Notion).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both technical depth and visual/UI design sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in cross-functional teams.
