We are hiring on behalf of a leading IT organization delivering data-driven and enterprise technology solutions across procurement, supply chain, and digital platforms.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong expertise in Procurement and Master Data Management (MDM). This role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, managing enterprise data platforms, and ensuring high-quality, governed master data across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms
Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for large datasets
Develop and manage data lakes and data warehouses
Implement MDM frameworks for supplier, vendor, and material data
Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization
Integrate data from ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa)
Enable procurement analytics (spend, vendor performance, risk)
Monitor data quality KPIs and resolve inconsistencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for insights

Must-Have Qualifications

5–12 years of experience in Data Engineering
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Airflow, dbt)
Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, Kafka, and open-source stack
Experience in MDM, data governance, and data quality frameworks
Exposure to procurement/ERP systems (SAP MM, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
Understanding of data modeling, lineage, and metadata
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
