Job Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager (AI/ML) to lead a high-performing team responsible for building next-generation software solutions for wafer inspection systems. This role involves driving architecture evolution, integrating AI/ML capabilities, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications for real-time and production environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on advanced inspection systems
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions
• Drive next-generation architecture while enhancing existing platforms
• Integrate AI/ML/DL capabilities into software solutions
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to quality, scalability, and performance standards
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and timely delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices
• Foster innovation and continuous learning within the team
• Strong programming expertise in C#, C++, and Python
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with high-performance computing (CPU/GPU)

Must Have Requirements (Mandatory)

• Education from Tier-1 institutes only: IIT, IIIT, IISc, NIT, BITS, VIT
• Experience Required: B.Tech with 6+ years, M.Tech with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Must have experience in a product-based company (current or past)
• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or C++
• Willingness to relocate to Chennai is mandatory
