About The Client

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global investment firm specializing in technology-driven financial solutions, quantitative research, and large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small to mid-sized software engineering team
Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions
Work on core software development with a focus on big data and analytics
Translate complex data into meaningful insights and technical solutions
Ensure high-quality coding, debugging, and delivery standards
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders
Drive agile development practices and project execution
Mentor team members and support their technical growth

Must-Have Qualifications | Preferred Qualifications

8–10 years of hands-on experience in core software development
Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience with big data technologies or strong interest in the same
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in agile environments
Minimum 1 year of team management experience
Ability to independently execute projects and handle complex problem statements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
