As fraud schemes grow more sophisticated and user expectations around digital safety rise, the Security Products team sits at the intersection of data, product, and user experience. The Senior Product Analyst is the person who connects the dots: spotting problems in the data, diagnosing root causes others miss, and driving solutions all the way from whiteboard to production.

The protection doesn't stop at detection. Truly keeping users safe means empowering them by helping them recognize fraud scenarios, understand the risks, and use the right tools to protect themselves.

This role isn't about maintaining dashboards. It's about owning problems, and not letting go until they're solved.

What You Will Do

1. Problem Ownership & Root Cause Analysis

  • Own security problem statements end-to-end: identify issues from data signals, conduct structured root cause analysis (RCA), and drive resolution across teams.
  • Monitor fraud trends and user friction points to proactively surface problems.
  • Translate findings into clear, prioritized problem statements that align stakeholders and inform product decisions.

2. Data Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Independently pull and analyze data using SQL to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and uncover patterns.
  • Track and report team's key metrics โ€” Fraud User Rate, Fraud Loss Rate, CS ticket volume, User Education Effectiveness โ€” and translate metric movements into actionable next steps.
  • Design and evaluate rule-based or model-based experiments (A/B tests, holdout groups) to validate solutions before scaling.

3. Solution Design & User Education

  • Translate analytical findings into product requirements and collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers to implement, test, and iterate on security features.
  • Develop plans to increase user awareness and adoption of security features, collaborating with content and marketing specialists to ensure clear and timely execution.
  • Set measurable targets for user education effectiveness and report performance on a regular cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to inform prioritization and next steps.


What You Will Need

  • Must-have:
  • Strong analytical thinking with hands-on SQL proficiency: able to conduct structured root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable solutions.
  • Experience owning a problem end-to-end: from diagnosis through implementation and monitoring.
  • Comfort working across functions and communicating complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Open to leveraging data analytical skills to plan, execute, and measure user education campaigns across relevant channels.
  • Participate in the product development of user-facing flows (e.g., fraud alerts, account recovery) to drive solution delivery end-to-end.
  • Background in risk, fraud, or security in a fintech or banking context.
