Roles & Responsibilities

Team Management:- Should be able to demand very high-quality work from her/his team members and deliver very high-quality solutions to the customers.- In case of emergency take charge of the situation, drives the team, coordinate with stakeholders.- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time.- Technical leadership and mentoring junior resources - Should be able to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members- Test Execution- Bugs and Fixes- Adherence to quality standards- Good problem solving skill- Should be able build strong logic with broader perspective to mitigate possible issues- Good Experience in Release management process- Understanding of Micro Services and Testing of micro services- Solid understanding of REST APIs and Queue based reactive APIs- You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may reasonably be required of you. Must have knowledge of Automation Testing using Appium/Selenium or any other tool with a framework like TestNG/Cucumber.- Experience in software test development, including creating/maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch- Strong in Java fundamentals and Object Oriented Programming concepts Good exposure in API Automation testing using any frameworks (Custom, RestAssured, etc.)- Lead and own GUI and API automation work.- Design and maintain Automation frameworks. Make sure the rest of the teams have the tools to create automated tests in a structured way.- Explain and teach basic coding standards for more junior members of the team. Tools knowledge - AWS, API, GUI testing, Web Testing, Selenium, Enterprise Automation tool KATALON (built on Selenuim+Appium+Web testing).- Thinking Hat, Preference is from Insurance Background, Test management, Automation Testing + Manual Testing.- Reporting and Dashboard preparation, Talking to multiple Project Stakeholders. Regression testing, Existing and New Test Cases.

Eligibility

3- 5 years of experience of Automation using AWS, API, GUI testing, Web Testing, Selenium, Enterprise Automation tool KATALON (built on Selenuim+Appium+Web testing)..- B.Tecn/BE/MCA from reputed universities
