Relevant Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in a PM Role.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

● Own the full feature lifecycle – from conceptualisation, design, tuning, execution, release, GTM and analysis, to V2 iterations.

● Overall Experience in the product domain can be 3+ years of experience.

● Develop and maintain the game roadmap based on data insights, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback to drive engagement and revenue growth.

● Monitor and analyse key product health metrics (Revenue, DAU, Retention, Economy) daily,

identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.

● Leverage data analysis to uncover root causes, enabling data-driven decision-making.

● Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and optimise player experience.

● Collaborate with UA & marketing teams to enhance user acquisition strategies and optimise

performance marketing efforts.

● Work closely with the Ad Revenue & Partner teams to ensure monetisation strategies (ads + IAP) are fully optimized.

● Design and execute LiveOps strategies, including event configurations, to drive engagement and retention.

● Engage with players to gather insights via research, usability tests, and community interactions.

● Develop and present business cases for new features/products that align with company goals

while ensuring efficient engineering investments.

● Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, UA, and Community teams for successful

feature rollouts and promotions.

● Establish strong relationships across teams and mentor new PMs, fostering a culture of clear,

effective communication and strategic decision-making.
